Senior Deployment Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Deployment Engineer who is experienced in agile environment close to both their customers and the other products the company are developing.

What you'll do:
● Troubleshooting deployment issues in order to fix bugs in software or hardware components.
● Deploying new systems, updating existing systems, or decommissioning old systems as needed.
● Develop technical roadmap for the overall solution including high level design, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
● Demonstrated ability to adopt new technologies swiftly and recommend appropriate technologies for real-time business opportunities.
● Work closely together with the company's highly skilled product teams to help implement and design a delivery and deployment solution for their integrated software offering.
● Create solutions to meet customer requirements within industry and technology best practices.
Who you are:
● Understand contact center workflows, including IVR, pre-routing, post-routing and reporting solutions.
● Have the ability to understand, modify call routing scripts to cater required needs for integration.
● Experience working with contact center related technologies including ACD, IVR, CTI and dialer.
● Extensive knowledge of Routing Application Design, IVRs call flows and their troubleshooting skills via logs.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have experience of managing & delivering Artificial Intelligence or Big Data Analytics projects would be beneficial.
