We are currently seeking applications for multiple positions under this ad, including 2 Senior CAD Engineer roles and 1 CAD Engineer.
As a member of our team, you will:
Contribute to the mechanical design team for battery enclosures, designing and documenting new and existing items and components.
Utilize CREO and Windchill PDM link to design items, components, and the next generation of world-class batteries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments, actively participating in the creation of future battery concepts.
Perform 3D-geometry design and prepare 2D-drawings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date CAD modules.
Register and structure components, drawings, and CAD modules for efficient project management.
To succeed in this role, we value:
Strong communication skills and the ability to plan, align, and focus on priorities effectively.
A can-do attitude with a track record of delivering great outcomes.
Innovation and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
At least 7 years of CAD engineering experience in mechanical design, preferably in the automotive industry. For the CAD Engineer role, a minimum of 2 years of experience working with battery or battery enclosures is required.
Genuine passion for design engineering and a willingness to learn and expand skills, particularly in battery technology and its enclosure.
Comfort working in an Agile environment, utilizing work sprints and collaborative decision-making processes.
Fluent spoken and written English proficiency.
