Are you a purpose-driven Senior Design Engineer (GDL) with knowledge and interest of product development, who wants to contribute to solving the challenges of our future society? Then you should take the chance to join our Electrical Driveline department in Mounts and Drive shafts team. We are responsible for the design and development of powertrain mounts and drive shafts for electric vehicle.

What you'll do 

You will lead and coordinate the deliveries of our components to projects, with high focus on ensuring quality, timing, and cost. Taking part of technical discussions and guiding the team to find the best option to achieve our goals. You should have deep knowledge on VPDS and project management. You will be also responsible for some level of approval which requires deep cost control knowledge.

What you'll bring 

Competence is Important
You have more than 12 years of experience in product development in automotive industry and high understanding of VPDS. You have launch experience, handling urgent matters and collaborating closely with manufacturing and production plant. You also have knowledge and previous experience in CATIA and strong quality background (Black Belt would be appreciated). You had worked previous with defining requirements and features and you have strong leadership skills. 
You have demonstrated a high level of communication skills and are fluent in English. In addition, previous experience in the automotive industry from propulsion, electric driveline, drive shafts and suspension are required.
