Senior Design Engineer for monitoring and contro

We are looking for colleagues within monitoring and control system and architecture design for telecom equipments。 Job Description: * Conduct technical feasibility analysis and define the detailed specification in monitoring and control system for coming base stations； * Design the hardware or software architecture for the monitoring and control system .of future Base stations. * Research of future monitoring and control technology, such as intelligent sensor. Essential Skills required (as many from list below): * Previous experience in Base station monitoring and control design. * At least five years of experience within the Base station monitoring and control area * Experience in site solution of monitoring and control. * Familiar with the monitoring and control relevant technology, such as battery management、temperature control of outdoor cabinet、IPMI（intelligent platform management interface） * Fluent in English at business level Additional skills required: * Minimum of Bachelor Degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics or equivalent background * You take initiative and you have a positive attitude * Good communications and presentation skills. * Ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment. * Ability to create innovate solutions and prove them.
