What’s in it for you?
We are looking for a Senior Developer who will work in the Global People Capabilities cluster. You will be part of the product area Corporate Worklife focusing on enabling a great worklife for Volvo Cars employees and consultants, located in the Digital Core unit. The team you will work in is Talent Lifecycle.
At Corporate Worklife, you find outstanding opportunities to develop your skills and grow as a professional. In close collaboration with colleagues in other business units around the world, you and your team create digital tools that support the employee experience. 

What you’ll do:
Together with your colleagues, you provide stepwise business value by designing, building, and operating robust and resilient software and platforms.
You collaborate within and outside the team to secure resilient solutions, shared technical design and manage dependencies, and align and coordinate delivery with Architects and Tech Leads to ensure sensible consistency in solutions within architectural guidelines. You interact with and support the team and product management within your area of expertise. Together with your team, collaborate with your Product Owner to ensure the right functionality is being developed to maximize value. You understand needs, I design and implement well-crafted solutions. 

Who you are:
The person we are looking for needs to be SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management and have extensive experience in both end-to-end implementations and support. They should also have experience in implementing and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors solutions in at least one more of the Talent Lifecycle areas. Certification and/or knowledge of Employee Central is also merit but not a must.

We see you are familiar with Multi-vendor context and you have the ability to mentor and coach peers and some documentation and visualization skills with a strong ability to pedagogically communicate complex aspects within your area of specialization.  You possess the ability to work with ambiguity and continuously converge towards wanted solutions and have collaborative design skills.  Additionally, you have problem solving skills with the ability to evaluate and solve complex problems.  We see you have a good understanding of as well as an Agile, Lean mindset with the ability to apply Scrum and KanBan techniques.  In addition, you have a deep understanding of technical aspects within your area of specialization and you have DevOps familiarity.

As a person, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person that is willing to learn.  You act as a curious and open minded team player. Also, you understand, apply and follow agile team principles and ceremonies. You also have the ability to work in an ever-changing environment, able to prioritize and communicate needs. 
Position is located in Gothenburg.
