Senior Developer & Teamlead to Casino Platform at Combination

Job description
Combination’s platform for casino gaming machines is the bridge between the physical hardware, games and game engines as well as surrounding systems for e.g. money management. The platform must support several game engines, games, cash systems and different hardware configurations (card readers, printers, keyboards, etc.) in a modular fashion.


The product is highly complex, and the responsibility for architectural and technical decisions lies within the team. To this end, the team has regular learning sessions to share product and technical knowledge. The team decides on the preferred methods for reaching a goal, e.g. using pair/mob programming when suitable, brainstorming architectural decisions and performing code reviews as appropriate. Developers and product owners sit together and collaborate closely. 

Responsibilities
We now need to reinforce this team with a new team lead / senior developer. As a team leader, your mission is to coordinate, mentoring and guide the team throughout the development process. This means having an overview and a greater responsibility for the ongoing projects. Upcoming recruitment processes will also be a part of your tasks. 


To fit this role, we think that you have experience with delivering software products. We want you to enjoy developing people as well as code. Besides creating a world-class product, we go to great lengths to have a healthy team that performs optimally. We work primarily in C#/.NET, so related experience is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement - as someone of your stature quickly learns new languages and frameworks.
