One of the most important objectives of our R&D is to create solutions that are less costly to operate.As a Senior Developer within Technical Operations, you will be focusing on the operation interface of our products.The architecture is based on building blocks, object oriented technology, .NET and C#/C++.The software runs across multiple platforms as Windows, Linux and UNIX.The design is based on fail over solutions to ensure availability in case of hardware failure.OMX operates our own products for a number of customers, including NOREX and the Nordic Exchanges.Therefore you will have the opportunity to work in close cooperation with the users at the operation side.You will be given the opportunity to work with a highly qualified team, with the task to create new innovative solutions and products.In this role you will work both with strategic perspective and the daily operational activities.You will have all chances to learn more about the financial markets and products. Qualifications - University degree in Computer Science or Engineering.- At least 5 years work experience from Software design and programming.- Several years experiences from working with the operational interface of software products with high requirements on availability - Experiences from Microsoft Operation Manager (MOM) or similar - Fluency in Swedish and English language.You are an independent person who has ability to apply an overall view as well as understand the underlying relations and dependencies.Moreover, you are a technical oriented person who has an open mind for new techniques and like challenges.
