Job Description
Your contribution to something big
Be the appliance development lead engineer in the project, meaning - Be the Interface between the project and development engineers with overview. Break down and track tasks considering requirements, timeline, and priority.
Manage requirement engineering (RE) and link RE to fulfillment and verification.
Create timeline planning and testing planning.
Prepare function descriptions and collaborate with software development.
Perform function testing of heat pumps at appliance and system level.
Contribute to testing and development team development ,
Enhance team competence in tools & methods and documentation.
Strive for development improvement by collaborating with other teams, and supervising master thesis and internship students.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Education:
Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (master’s degree or above preferred)
Technical skills required:
Some years of engineer experience in product development
Knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, and thermodynamics
Experience in appliance/component function testing
Technical skills preferred:
Proficiency with Jira and Agile
Experience in handling engineering requirement and verification
Experience in modeling and simulation
Personal skills
Structured with good coordination skills
Able to work independently with initiative mindset
Able to work in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
