Senior Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and team-oriented Senior Development Manager for the Candy team.

By working closely with your direct reports you will set expectations, coach, follow-up and develop everyone, so that we can reach our goal of having highly motivated developers with the skills needed to deliver world-leading games and tech.
You will:
Actively participate in Candy Line Management Group
Help build and support competent, agile teams
Recruit, coach and help the individuals achieve excellence
Work together with Craft Leads and the other Senior Development Managers in the Candy team to make King a great place to work
Take on various administrative tasks as necessary
Drive initiatives that improve processes or the work environment for developers
Contribute to building a thriving tech community
Support product area leadership in topics related to the talent in your team



Skills to create thrills
Experienced leader with a passion for developing others
Technical background in software engineering
Good understanding of how to deliver software of great quality
Experience of working with performance management, including handling of performance problems
Great communication, coaching and feedback skills
