Senior DevOps Engineer

We would prefer you to be based next to the development team in Malmo, Sweden. However, other locations in Sweden can be considered for the right candidate.


Role and Responsibilities 💻🚀
Working in our Rich Messaging teams will allow you to be at the forefront of messaging technologies, building solutions for the future of communication between modern businesses and consumers. Our architecture is modern, and the platform is mostly hosted in AWS, using cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Flux, Flagger, Istio, Crossplane, and Docker.
Support the teams within the product line to create Infrastructure
Help teams to design high availability and high throughput backend services
Support, and teach, the teams to develop Gitlab CI pipelines
Debug Infrastructure issues in different environments
Work with the product line architects, and other DevOps teams, to improve the processes

In order to contribute to this role, you have:
Passion for Cloud technologies and coding is the most crucial ingredient for success. We are a bunch of enthusiastic problem solvers who enjoy solving complex matters, and we’d like you to join if you feel the same way. Teamwork and communication skills are essential as the role involves collaboration with different software teams and other stakeholders.
At least 5 years of Software Development experience and/or DevOps experience. Ideally you should have worked in both roles.
Experience with Cloud Technologies like Kubernetes, Terraform and Docker.
Experience with building backend services providing REST and gRPC APIs
Experience working in an international environment in English



Big Plus!
A masters degree within Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Experience with Istio, GitOps, Flux, Flagger, Crossplane.
