Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Expert to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop and manage the Zephyr Scale plugin for Jira, ensuring it meets business needs.
Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team with full responsibility from requirements creation to production deployment.
Participate in DevOps practices, driving automation and efficiency in the development lifecycle.
Innovate and build products and services that deliver tangible value to customers.
Provide end-user support, including training as necessary.

What you bring:
Jira Data Center administration expertise, with a solid understanding of how to implement changes and their impacts.
Strong experience with the Zephyr Scale plugin and customizing it to fit business requirements.
Knowledge of how Jira projects are structured at VCC (e.g., VIRA).
Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to connect and engage with new people.
Interest in understanding user needs and driving outcomes aligned with user journeys.
Confidence in facilitating stakeholder forums and detailed requirement discussions.
Curious, open-minded, and patient, with an understanding of agile principles and ceremonies.
