The insights you present as our next Senior Digital Analyst will be the compass and drive all our work regarding data and analytics across everything we do at Marketing. You’ll work with an energetic team of marketing professionals to generate insights and improve marketing results through research, data, efficiency, and scale, as well as secure accurate measurement and KPI monitoring.
The role
As an analyst at Bokio, you’ll evaluate our marketing across multiple platforms, ensuring continuous learning and optimization of all our activities. You’ll provide data on campaign, brand, and marketing performance, as well as input and insight into how to optimize upcoming campaigns. In addition, the role includes performing market research and analyzing our target groups and business landscape.
You will convert complex data and findings into understandable conclusions and recommendations. Further, you will be responsible for securing data consistency and integrity across our analytics platforms, which you’ll use to organize, structure, and visualize data. This position includes close collaboration with developers to understand and improve how we collect data and define what we need to do to ensure a full-funnel understanding.
Qualifications
You have significant experience in measuring media effectiveness and are passionate about bringing data from multiple channels together to derive insights. In addition, you are a self-motivator and enjoy digging into numbers. Finally, you share our values and ambition to empower people to drive successful businesses.
We’re looking for you with:
3+ years of experience working with measurement, online data analysis, and reporting.
Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, or similar platforms.
Ability to interpret analytical data across different sources to create insights.
Ability to organize, present, and explain complex data in a straightforward manner.
Skills in data visualization tools, e.g. Data Studio.
Good knowledge of tracking e.g. GTM and attribution.
Understanding key digital marketing KPIs (CPC, CTR, CAC, etc.) and measuring performance from multiple sources.
Working knowledge of SQL is meriting.

Location
We have a Hybrid work model with central offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The position can be located in either office with the possibility to work flexible remote.
