Senior Digital Designer

The new multi brand studio, Geely Design Center Gothenburg, is a part of the multi-cultural global network of Geely Design studios dedicated to supporting the efforts of Geely Auto Group sub brands. Our Design Center in Gothenburg is the global headquarters for Geely Design and focuses on delivering great design for the two brands: Zeekr and Lynk & Co.

We are a fast-growing team of both creative and management professionals with the task of delivering exciting global products suitable for volume production and innovative concepts. In an inspiring studio environment, we build and maintain a top-class design team of multiple nationalities. With best in class processes and tools we challenge preconceptions and deliver premium car design.

In the heart of Sweden's automotive cluster Gothenburg, we have concentrated all our efforts in the creation of the new brand in the Geely family, ZEEKR, and all of its coming products. ZEEKR has made its mark by sophisticated design and an appreciation of the connected world we live in. Today we are more than 250 people who work with coming ZEEKR products.

As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play an important role to create Clean, confident and purposeful design combined with intelligent information distribution that helps the users focus on what matters, when it matters. As a Senior Digital Designer this is what you will do most of the time:
Create and deliver complete design proposals according to design brief and project constraints in assigned programs
Produce creative detailed design solutions fulfilling complex technical criteria
Prepare presentation material for reviews
Attend project and engineering meetings

Is it you?
We are looking for someone that is flexible, has a strong drive and is able to work under constrained time schedules and frequently revised circumstances. You need to be independent and confident as well as a good team player. Your communication and presentation skills are vast and you have the ability to inspire others. To be successful in the role you need to be structured, methodical and have an analytical mind with good planning skills. Cultural awareness, specifically between Europe and Asia is also an important factor for the role.

You and your skills:
Education in Digital Media Creative or similar
Minimum of 6 years experience in digital design
Great knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe CS or similar
Solid experience in motion tools like After effects or similar.
Fluent in English, spoken and written

Requirement: Applicants must provide a sample portfolio of work as part of their application (PDF Design Portfolio max 10mb file size).
