Our team is made up of passionate experts in all areas and levels of Digital Experience Design: Product UX Design, Strategic Experience Design, Data Experience Design, Experience Design Research, Emerging Tech Design, Digital Taxonomy, Content Strategy, Experience Writing, Optimization Writing, Inclusive Design, Design Systems, Motion Design, and Design Ops to hold us all together and keep us efficient.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Senior Digital Experience Writer, you will have the opportunity to bring a unique IKEA voice to life for billions of digital customers around the world. Leading human centered content practices you will craft solutions to ensure we are meeting our digital customer through compelling content - inspiring, helping, and guiding them throughout their end-to-end experience.
As a member of the Digital Experience Content Center of Expertise, you will partner with other digital content experts to drive strategies and approaches. You will also support the broader Digital organization working in a highly collaborative approach across Digital Experience, Product, Engineering, Data and Business teams.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in many of the following:
Crafting content and driving content direction to ensure consistency and tone of voice alignment across multiple experiences and products
In close collaboration with e.g., Experience Design Researchers and/or Product UX Designers leading and planning content research initiatives to guide content improvements and changes
Leading content creation according to best practices and guidelines for accessibility and inclusivity
Facilitating and driving content focused human-centred workshops and other co-creative methods
Working closely with various teams and stakeholders to implement digital content strategies across a variety of digital touchpoints
Creating and presenting digital experience writing projects and topics to management teams and other high-level stakeholders
Providing direction and craft mentorship to assist in the development of the Digital Experience Writers and others as required

Where our Digital Transformation is allowing us to create new ways we meet and interact with our customers and co-workers, our Digital Experience Design team is responsible for shaping what the future looks like. The team has a clear vision: to create everyday digital experiences for the many people through our human-centric methodologies that enable design, inspiration and innovation.

This role reports to the Head of Digital Experience Content and is located Malmö, Sweden. Our organization has co-workers in Amsterdam, Sweden, Madrid, Shanghai and Philadelphia.
