Northvolt has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is part of our passionate Digitalization department based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up and contribute to building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.
The Digitalization team is developing industry-leading connectivity in the factory to enable both data and product-driven decision-making on all levels of operations. We build software and develop solutions that give our colleagues real-time insight, impact, and control over the factory: from planning over execution to quality assurance.
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will join a product team under a certain area and will be responsible for a team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Define the product strategy and a roadmap on a rolling basis
Translate the product roadmap into a product backlog with a shared understanding of the backlog items with the rest of the team
Identify problems/opportunities for improvements and evaluate them using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods
Work with software engineers as well as stakeholders close to the shop floor, such as manufacturing, production planning, operations, production technology, and process engineering
Support the Product area lead to define the long-term strategy and the product roadmap
Define KPIs, track progress, and measure the business impact of the team
Facilitate technical design workshops
Partner with UX and Product Analysts
Travel frequently between different locations of offices and factories (Stockholm, Skellefteå, Västerås, and more coming)
