Senior Digital Program Manager

Role Summary:


This is a program leadership role within the Digital team, with focus on project planning & execution in an agile cross functional environment.


Essential Responsibilities:


Responsible for delivery of new product introductions and support projects according to our product development prosses, Phase Review Discipline (PRD), Quality Management system and general compliance requirements.
To execute one or several cross functional and/or cross site projects according to the defined development model and local instructions, using a team approach to reach agreed objectives for specification, time and cost
Provide regular, effective and transparent project reporting & updates to meet business requirements: including financial, CAPEX, project delivery, quality and compliance requirements associated with R&D activities.
Manage deviations in the project by rearranging resources within the project, and/or get formal approval for changes in scope, time or budget
Maintain active dialogue with project stakeholders, e.g. business area representatives, to ensure project deliveries are aligned with changing market needs.
To participate in continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives
Drive program activities according to agile development methodology



Candidates should note that this role will be in scope for the proposed transition of GE Biopharma to Danaher and will transfer to Danaher at close of this transaction.


Qualifications/Requirements:


Leadership skills, possesses a natural ability and drive to focus on project delivery, maintaining project execution and compliance in a fast-changing environment.
Experience in new product development
Experience from collaborations across organisation to deliver results
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well in a multidisciplinary environment.
Very good communication skills (both written and spoken), including presentation skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills necessary
Strong external focus
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Experience in agile development



Desired Characteristics:
Certification in project management
Experience in SW development
Experience in our development process, Phase Review Discipline, PRD, is a plus
Experience in our quality management system is a plus
