In this position you will be a Senior Director Brand & Marketing and Customer Care Light Agriculture Husqvarna Forest & Garden for Light Ag Business Unit, dedicated to contributing directly with the productivity of our customers (in farms, harvestings etc.).
Responsible to lead the development of the strategic and operational marketing plans and activities for all applicable medias and channels, in line with group, division and strategic and operational plans. Responsible for advancing business growth by promoting a favorable view of the brand and its products and services; planning, developing, and delivering corporate marketing strategies. This includes conducting market and competitor research and analysis. Identifying and predicting current and future marketplace and consumer trends and competitor actions. Collaborate with the Sales, After Sales, Dealer Development and Product management teams in an effective manner to ensure appropriate go to market. Planning innovative customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction rate and increasing the client base. Reviews existing customer handling/satisfaction policies and monitors the status of the customer care department. Collects feedback from customers and product planners and analyzes it to plan for the future. Creates plans/strategies to improve customer service level and customer experience and achieve the long-term goal of enhancing sales for the product. Lead the growth of spare parts sales in the region. Drive sales strategy and execution of accessories. Actively participate in development and implementation sales of Service solutions. Product Quality status monitoring within region, secure proactive handling on possible/raised issues.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop the yearly marketing plan and budget, creating overall to be implemented in Light Agriculture Business Unit
· Media strategy planning and controlling
· Review and approve marketing campaigns and product promotions across the countries
· Customer research, market condition, brand health/ awareness and competitor data
· Events, fairs, communication review and approval
· Developing and implementing strategies and best practices for customer relationship management and retention
· Implement and foster strategies for service and solution selling
· Enhance dealer after sales and service experiences with tools and programs provided by the company
· Collaborate with global categories and regional marketing to develop, test and roll out merchandising solutions for P&A category
· Ensure right trainings and customer service excellence by developing strategies and leading teams in different countries
Relevant background
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or correlated area.
• Master’s in marketing, Trade Marketing, or similar focus area.
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in Marketing and Customer Care.
• Strong experience with Emerging Markets
• Fluent in English (preferably also additional languages).
• Project management (i.e., initiating, execute and follow-up projects).
