We are looking for a Senior Director for Business Automation. You will be a decision maker and help shape the future together with us from an engineering standpoint. This involves you leading, developing, and implementing our technology strategy.


Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Director for Business Automation. In this role you will be responsible for leading an organisation and business critical solutions for H&M Group.
As a Senior Director/Area Operations Manager for Business Automation operations team, you will:
Own the automation process for business processes: encouraging teams to frame new business challenges, design optimization and automation strategies, implement/deploy scalable solutions, and enable the automation of business processes at scale
Model behaviors to support the organization’s transformation to a new way of working
Lead automation & predictive operations teams from design to delivery with needed operational and maintenance procedures, while maintaining the highest level of security
Drive results and keep assignments on track
Influence stakeholders to build broad support for the project outcome

Tech and Management Competence
10+ years operationally focused experience in engineering, development and delivery
7+ years of people management experience building strong teams and managing managers
Strong experience managing business automation programs and experience in business process discovery, analysis and optimization
Experience running 24/7 high-availability operations on a large scale
Experience in at least three areas of the following:
Data Science and machine learning (e.g., libraries in Python such as Pandas, Scikit learn, TensorFlow, Jax, PyTorch etc.)
Robotic Process Automation softwares e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft, Blue Prism etc.
Back-end and front-end development, using Python (Django) and React JS
SQL Databases, cloud environments and SaaS solution DevOps experience, including integration with CI/CD systems: Azure pipelines, CircleCI and containerization/ orchestration e.g., Docker, Kubernetes etc.
