About us 
As Senior Director within Electric Propulsion ECU platform and Software factory, you will be a part of the Vehicle Propulsion unit at Research & Development. You will lead a department with highly skilled engineers and leaders based in Gothenburg. The areas of responsibility are development, design and verification of the electric propulsion control units and basic software. Responsibility and development of the software toolchain for all electric propulsion in-house software development teams. Responsibility for the software process and guidelines within electric propulsion.

Your skills
* Advanced leadership skills
* MSc degree or higher in engineering
* Automotive engineering experience >10 years
* Experience of launching products in automotive industry
* Experience from international or global environment is an advantage
