Råå S AB was founded 2011 as an innovation center that develeped tobacco free snus. We are about 100 Employees in Sweden and we are a part of a larger group with their head office in Virginia in USA. Our latest innovation is On! – a tobacco free snus containing nicotine and ingredients used in food, supplements and chewing gum. On! is growing really fast and you can find the product in USA, Sweden, Japan and Austria.
In connection with our strong and rapid growth, we are now opening an office in Stockholm that will commercialize innovative products on the swedish and international market. There is a lot of exciting and challenging work here and we are now looking for a


Senior Director International Commercialization.




As a Senior Director International Commercialization your responsibility is to


· Lead sales and trade marketing efforts for On!
· Design and execute programs for On! in Sweden to build international brand equity.
· Lead a small team of account and brand managers.
· Manage timelines for multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally.


About you
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred with at least 10+ years of Trade Marketing and/or Brand experience in the tobacco industry.
As we are working in an international environment it´s important that you have very good skills in the English language, written and verbal.
We are a small team and your personal characteristics are important. It is important that you are independent, engaged and used to collaberating. You like to work in fast and flexible organizations and you have a high integrity.
