Senior Director Long Term Development

Are you an experienced project manager and leader? Do you also have deep knowledge from the brewery industry? We are now looking for a Senior Director of Long-Term Development to join us at Carlsberg Sweden!

In the position Senior Director, you are responsible for Carlsberg Supply Company Sweden’s long term development projects. You will therefore drive our strategic agenda with a deep understanding of our challenges and possibilities that lies before us.

What we wish from you
In order to be successful in this role you have an academic degree within food technology or equivalent and a deep background and knowledge within the brewing industry, at least 7-10 years relevant experience with in brewery industry. You are a senior leader with experience to be a part of management team and to lead other leaders. We also believe that you have experience of managing large and complex projects & budgets. You are fluent in English, both orally and written.
