About us
As Department Manager Power Electronics, you will be a part of the unit Vehicle Propulsion at Research & Development and lead a department with highly skilled engineers and leaders within the area of Power Electronics. You will be based in Gothenburg. The areas of responsibility are development, design and verification of in house developed power inverters and other power electronics in the propulsion system, HW and SW. You will also be responsible for the integration of purchased power electronic components in the propulsion system into the cars.

Your skills
* Advanced leadership skills
* MSc degree or higher in engineering
* Automotive engineering experience >10 years
* Experience of launching products in automotive industry
* Experience from international or global environment is an advantage
