Senior Director Production

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for experienced Senior Director Production to join our passionate team in Västerås.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Safe Operations, ensuring Safety and Environmental requirements on site.
· Qualitative operations, ensuring quality of process steps and products
· Capacity of Manufacturing with efficient OEE, manning and cost-efficient operations
· P&L responsibility NV Labs
· Optimization of manufacturing through continuous improvements in cooperation with other departments within the company
· Strategic and tactical planning for Manufacturing
Requirements:
Qualifications and experience
· University technical degree or equivalent with research
· > 10 years of experience within Process Industry in a Mgr position with white and blue collar employees
reporting.
· Merits: Battery manufacturing, Clean room/Dry room, Start up company experience, ISO9001,
International company experience, Swedish and European legislation,
Specific skills:
· English fluently oral and written · Lean/CI/Six Sigma/Agile Manufacturing
· Excellent in leadership
