Poolia is looking for a Senior Divisional Business Controller for Arvato Finance to support their financial team. The position is located in central Stockholm and you will report to Divisional Director Business Control.

Arbetsuppgifter

This is a new role within our new organizational context and the main area of responsibility lays within the client acquisition process. To be able to shape and orchestrate the process to a perfect balance, between quality, speed and risk, against stakeholders within management, sales and back office.

Your main tasks and areas of responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for client acquisition process
• Provide solutions as a knowledgeable business partner in business analysis
• Delivering insight and building capabilities through continuous use of arvato Business Intelligence
• Drive development of processes and systems within the responsibility area

Utbildning/erfarenhet

Experience – mandatory:
• >5 years of professional and relevant work experience preferably within finance
• University degree within Business, Economics or Engineering
• International experience from a large organization
• Worked around decision making at a higher management level
• Change/development in the dimensions of people, processes and systems. Likely you have played a role in deploying projects.
• Know data driven communication and have relevant experience from Business Intelligence
• Good command of English
• MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI

Experience – preferred:
• Financial services, credit and risk
• German, Dutch or any Nordic language
• SAP, QlikView, Tableau, SQL

Desired Skills:
• Accountable, proactive and adaptive
• A proven talent in written and oral communication, who know the power of data driven decision making
• Data driven and holistic view to data modelling
• Ability to adjust the analysis and level of detail to the needs of different decision makers and audiences
