Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead the project to replace the current order management system with a new, state-of-the-art solution for a key customer supporting nearly 400 pharmacies and e-commerce operations.
Coordinate and manage both internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Align the project with the overarching program plans, ensuring integration with other initiatives.
Ensure appropriate resource allocation and manage project tasks to meet objectives and deadlines.
Oversee the project within the agreed budget, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee testing and pilot implementations, preparing the project for a successful launch.
Ensure proper handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and relevant stakeholders.

What you bring:
Proven experience in leading successful IT projects, particularly in system implementation within a large-scale context.
Strong understanding of order management systems in retail and unified commerce environments.
Ability to manage communication and relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships across IT and business functions.
Structured, methodical approach with the ability to manage complex projects efficiently.
Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Experience in regulated industries, order management, or e-commerce is an advantage.
