Qualifications:
• With at least 5 years of experience in cross-functional collaborations within communication or publishing, you're ready to hit the ground running.
• You've undergone advanced training in communication, publishing, marketing, or an equivalent field.
• Proven track record of project management and resource planning.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of the IKEA Brand, culture and values, ways of working, IKEA Brand identity and tone of voice, as well as a passion for home furnishing and retail design.
Your responsibilities
• Lead the editorial workplan and publishing process, securing resource allocation to meet the commercial editorial needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead the quality and efficiency of publications across all Common Retail Solutions channels, by defining and safeguarding consistent use of communication best practices to meet the Inter IKEA Systems written communication standards and IKEA tone of voice.
• Enhance the user experience with clear communication that simplifies and connects the dots, and user-friendly navigation for improved ease of use and discoverability.
• Edit, proofread and publish projects on our internal websites using dedicated content management systems.
• Develop a user-centric editorial strategy based on insights and performance data, collaborating with the Engagement and Editorial Manager and Editorial team.
• Lead the evaluation of how Common Retail Solutions channels perform to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
• Support stakeholders with communication and engagement best practices
This position is based in Malmö, Sweden, and reports to the Engagement and Editorial Manager.
