Senior Electrical Engineer to Emerson

To our customer Emerson, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to strengthen one of their projects in an assignement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Circuit board construction, layout and manufacturing documentation for product development for level switch platform based on piezoelectric sensor with different communication interfaces. The assignment also includes production of requirements specifications, measurements on circuit boards and system level, as well as test documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must-have competence/experience

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Minimum of 5 year of experience as an Electrical Engineer:

- Experience in creating and maintaining wiring diagrams, schematics and layouts for PCBs and generating BOMs as well as manufacturing documents

- Experience in doing electrical measurements and test

Good-to-have competence

- Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken

- Familiarity in using Cadence

- Experience in electrical design and installations in hazardous environments, requiring Ex approvals

- Experience in EMC/EMI testing and measurements

Personal skills

The work is performed in a multifunctional project team, responsible in all phases of the concept development process: from planning, design of prototypes, manufacturing and testing. This requires a lot of co-ordination with other groups and over different locations. Interpersonal skills for good Teamwork and communication is essential.
