We are now looking for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to strengthen our hardware team in Uppsala. You will be a part of a team of engineers within electronics, optics and cyber security. You will be involved in the development and improvement of our chromatography systems. You will have varying tasks and responsibilities and will be involved in the entire development process taking ideas from the drawing board all the way to production.
This position focuses on serviceability. You will contribute to enable better serviceability in the systems by, for example, implementing various IoT solutions in our products.
What you’ll do
Design of analog and digital electronics (schematics and layout) for our chromatography systems
Prototype development and design verification in our own labs
Design of products that include motors, valves, smart sensors and detectors
Ensure that the design of our products meets our project goals for an efficient transfer to production and service
Work in a cross-functional and agile team together with other engineers in electronics, firmware, optics, mechanics, systems, software and testing
Mentorship of junior colleagues
Who you are
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or similar
5+ years of experience in electronics / product development
Experience of working with design all the way from development to ready for production
Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Great self-drive and technical interest with a desire to develop
