As Senior Electronics Development & Design Leader, your mission is to support the Embedded team at CX Wellbeing R&D organization in the development of new products and maintenance of existing products. This includes creating, evaluating, verifying and improving technical solutions and products.
Your main tasks will include, but not limited to following:
• Participate in product development projects as representative for Embedded team
• Develop and improve embedded hardware solutions for the products developed such as vacuum cleaners, sous vide cookers, air purifiers or similar.
• Be able to lead the development of above said activities, internal or through suppliers, to make sure product development requirements are met on time and with the right performance and quality
• Implement new and robust electronic hardware designs
• Maintain and improve way-of-working, process and documentation
• Ability and willingness to work cross-functional to find best possible solutions to new developed CX Wellbeing products
• Support in developing embedded software solutions and test applications
• Evaluate test results and create new solutions and improvements based on this result
• Ability and willingness in working in a multinational environment with different cultures
• Support test setups for hardware system test and product test
Competences and skills needed, but are not limited to:
• Master degree in Electronic engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development or test of embedded/analog/power designs
• Experience of Or Cad and/or Allegro EDA
• Proven working experience in projects
• Knowledge in embedded software design and MEMS sensors
• Creative, solution oriented and pro-active in translating project need into sustainable solutions
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Ability to run several projects in parallel
• Ability to follow and improve development process
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Experience of working with development tools such as PLM, Bugzilla, Jira etc is an advantage
• Good English skill, both spoken and written. Additional languages are advantageous
