Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Test Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Join the High Integrity Nodes family as a key member of the testing team, ensuring world-class verification practices for embedded software platforms.
Define and maintain test levels, tools, methods, acceptance criteria, and other crucial elements to support development teams in delivering safe and sustainable high-integrity platforms.
Collaborate closely with development teams, providing vision, guidance, and support throughout the verification process.
Develop and maintain effective verification environments to streamline the work of embedded software developers.
Contribute to achieving verification goals by creating innovative solutions that simplify and enhance testing processes.
Coach and mentor team members on best practices in verification to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.

What You Bring:
Proven experience as a tester with a leading role in verification for embedded software environments, ideally within the automotive sector.
Demonstrated ability to bring a clear vision for verification practices and contribute to high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of software and ECU development processes, covering all stages from requirements to verification.
Strong proficiency in Python, Robot Framework, and CANoe tools for software testing and automation.
A collaborative and customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for supporting and enabling team success in meeting verification objectives.
A creative problem-solving approach with a focus on finding efficient, innovative solutions that benefit the entire development team.
