Responsibilities
The Senior Endpoint Engineer:
Is in charge of administrating and maintaining all the IT services for his/her assigned office
Installs and configures, supports and maintains hard and software systems
Manages user's accounts on servers and handles internal JIRA requests/tickets
Ensures staff are well equipped to ensure productivity and acts as the go to person for problems, outages and other hard/software related issues
Handles department general administration tasks including document management.

Windows Server administration (GPO, DNS, DHCP)
Active Directory administration
Azure AD administration
Cisco CUCM PBX administration
LanDesk IVANTI administration
Google G Suite administration
End users support in Spb office and worldwide
Little bit of Linux servers administration
Little bit of Database administration (MS SQL)
Little bit of Power Shell
Zoom & Slack administration
Jira & Confluence
Experience
1-3 years in a similar position
In-depth knowledge of computer systems
