For our office in Stockholm we are looking for a
(Senior) Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) Cloud Data Engineer.
As (Senior) ETRM Cloud Data Engineer, you will be part of our multinational reporting team within the Change Implementation department within OU Operations. The team is responsible for all Statutory, Regulatory, Financial and Risk reporting for BA Markets.
By the point in time at which you would join us, we will just have completed the project to rebuild our entire Data Warehouse. So there will be lots of potential for you to support us with reaching complete operational efficiency while you will quickly be given the chance to maintain current implementations and to develop new use cases for our product.
Your Job
Perform own developments in our Azure based Data Warehouse using top-notch products like Snowflake and Matillion and take responsibility for the full technical chain from source data to the report layer to ensure stable operations.
Become the team’s solution architect. Take responsibility to ensure we use fit-for-purpose components, architecture and leverage synergies with neighboring teams.
Pro-actively bring in and drive your own improvement ideas to further mature our product.
Build up business domain know-how and partner-up with our stakeholders in Market Risk, Finance and Trade Control. Get to know Endur as our main data source system.
Enjoy a high degree of self-responsibility and the possibility to flexibly expand in further areas of your interest.

Qualifications
Your Profile
Pro-active, self-driven team player with excellent communication skills.
At least three years hands-on experience in Data Modelling using SQL, Cloud Data Engineering and the solution design for Data Warehouse applications.
Sound experience with cloud environment and infrastructure handling.
Keen interest to also work hands-on in upstream systems, mainly our ETRM deal-lifecycle system Endur and to build-up business specific domain know-how.
A curious mind with a drive to early adapt new business and technologies and an urge to continuously improve.
University degree in Business and Information Technology, Engineering or other related fields and fluent in English, written and spoken.
