Senior Engineer Hydrodynamics

Position The primary responsibilities will include; Global Performance analysis, station keeping analysis, mooring or DP. Hydrodynamic loading analysis, such as slamming and wave run up, verify and QA check the analysis work. Leading and mentoring role within the Hydrodynamics analysis discipline, external contacts with clients, yards, third party societies and vendors and development of the services and software tools within the discipline Profile The ideal candidate has qualifications and competencies which primarily include: Completion of a PhD or at least a M.Sc. degree in Naval architecture or similar. Minimum 8 years experience of Hydrodynamics engineering experience and/or Station keeping analysis work. Experience from Hydrodynamics and station keeping simulation software is required.
