At our department of Autonomous Drive (AD) and Active Safety Functions we design, integrate and verify the complete vehicle solution for autonomous cars and active safety functions. AD has the potential to fundamentally change how cars are used and will have a strong impact on the society. As a member of the AD Function teams, you will take part in this journey and how we will show that we are the leaders in safe, customer valued and purposeful functions for AD. The responsibility, communal with the team, is to develop and launch human-centric, safe and robust AD to customers.
What will you do?
We are looking for an engineer with +8 years of experience from function development with a strong competence in virtual verification and launch of functions.
As a senior you will use your experience and competence to build our capabilities in integration and verification of AD while contributing to the team’s responsibility to design and tuning of the AD function. Virtual verification/simulation is essential to enable design and verification of a robust and safe design and will require planning, coordination, clear communication with interfaces, test development and test automation. The work also includes to demo to stakeholder and teams on learnings and how the product matures over time.
You will be part of a team with competences in system safety, function design, system design and function verification and validation. The HWP team takes full responsibility for the development, integration and verification of the customer function. This will require close collaboration with our function development partner Zenseact, the teams responsible for development of the total AD solution, teams required to develop the vehicle platform for AD as well as teams supporting with test environments.

Do you fit the profile?
We believe that you have:
* knowledge in AD or complex ADAS customer functions from previous work (function development and verification)
* experience from integration and verification of advanced and safety critical functions  
* experience from working with and improving virtual verification methods and environments
* can and understands how to communicate with stakeholders
* experience from requirement development and and decomposing of requirements on different abstraction layers
* experience from systemization of safety critical functions and therefore knowledgeable in how to apply the standards ISO26262 and SOTIF
* experience from leading as a servant leader
* MSc degree in Systems, control and mechatronics, Data Science, Computer engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent from experience
* fluent in English, spoken and written

Meritorious
* experience from Scrum or Kanban based teamwork
