Senior engineer of baseband algorithm

The work will be carried out in close collaboration with baseband design, and aims at world leading performance at reasonable cost. The work includes all aspects of baseband receivers, and the main focus is on the 3GPP standard. Considering constraints from current receiver technology algorithms will be verified in link simulations and the work also consist of building such simulators. The work also aims at driving future baseband platform technology. Job Requirements: (1) Master degree in signal processing or similar competence (2) Used to analytical work (3) Experience in base station or mobile baseband algorithm development (4) Experience in GSM/WCDMA/LTE layer 1 algorithm design (5) Technical programming skills in C/C++ and Matlab (6) > 8 years industrial experience in radio resource management Preferable skills (1) Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently (2) Good communication and documentation skills (4) Well organized and structured
