Job description:
Participate in radio resource management algorithm development and systemization. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with baseband algorithm development, and aims at optimal use of the radio air interface. The main focus is on the 3GPP standard. The work includes verification of algorithms in radio network simulators. The work also aims at driving requirements on baseband algorithm development.

Job Requirements:
(1) Experience of Radio modeling & System simulations;
(2) System view of UMTS&GSM /LTE network performance.
(3) Deep understanding of radio access technologies
(4) Experience of radio resource management algorithms design/optimization for UMTS/GSM/LTE products, e.g. HSPA scheduling algorithm, Inter-system interference control, etc.
(5) > 8 years industrial experience in radio resource management

(2) Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently
(3) Good communication and documentation skills
(4) Well organized and structured
