Personal Driving Experience Center is a department within Complete Vehicle Engineering. The Performance & Drivability and Charging Performance Team is part of the department. The team works with an agile mindset in an everchanging environment to provide the best possible customer experience with the delivery of official data for acceleration performance (0-100km/h), top speed, charging time (time for 10-80% charging) and maximum charging power. The team is also responsible for vehicle drivability, grade ability, AWD/off road performance and towing weight.
The team consists both of Attribute Leaders and CAE engineers and is supporting ARTs with everything from early concept development and complete vehicle requirement setting up to attribute balancing and deviation approval including vehicle testing on test tracks and in different climates.
What you will do
You will be a member of the Performance & Drivability and Charging Performance Attribute team within the Personal Driving Experience Center. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead product development at concept phases for Charging and Performance & Drivability Attribute and be part of vehicle testing. An important part of the role will be collaborating with stakeholders to set both the system requirements and Attribute targets in order to secure the best driving customer experience.

Qualifications
• Minimum M.Sc. in engineering
• 5+ years working experience with technical attribute development
• Complete Vehicle Engineering experience
• Electrical experience (BEV, electrical motors, batteries)
• Attribute requirements, BEV strategy, Charging
• Proven track record in vehicle engineering and interfaces to other attributes related to Performance, Drivability and Charging Performance (electrical, calibration, propulsion)
• Knowledge on INCA, measuring equipment
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Driver’s license, B-level
• Hällered T2 is a plus
