Senior Engineer / Project Lead - Production Test Development

MUSIC Tribe in Sweden, located in Kungsbacka just south of Gothenburg, is responsible for product categories amplifiers and signal processors under the brands Lab.gruppen, Lake and Klark Teknik. We are now looking for a Senior Engineer and Project Lead with production test development experience of electronics to be embedded in powerful audio amplifiers for professional use.
Your Skills
• You have a good theoretical foundation in electronics, software and manufacturing processes
• You have practical experience in electronic design and testing, hands-on and automated with common practises.
• You have software experience both in embedded systems on HW near level as well as on LabView application level.
• You have project management experience and an attitude to always support in getting the job done.
• You are structured and thorough also when documenting your work
Take a leading position in our production test development team that today consists of about 10 dedicated test developers. You will be involved in developing cutting-edge test systems for global mass production of our professional sound systems, used by elite musicians for their live performances.
As a production test developer and leader at Music Tribe Brands Sweden AB you are a member of a cross-functional team that work with modern development methods such as scrum and continuous integration, in a creative, global and inspiring environment.
Your Responsibilities
• You will take a leading and coordinating role in the design of global production test systems for audio devices including analogue, power and digital electronics
• You will contribute, together with global leaders, to the developing a test strategy covering early engineering design tests to complete final products test.
• You will together with Product Category Leaders, Innovation team, Quality and Manufacturing drive the strategic test platform development supporting global product ranges and securing top quality in our next generation products
• You will be ultimate responsible for the performance and quality of the test solutions in our product development and manufacturing plants.
