Then we would like you to be our senior Engineering Director and guide our Assist and Support teams on this exciting journey we have ahead of us. At product area Assist & Support we are making it easy for people to get help and providing agents with efficient tools and streamlined processes. 

What you´ll do:    
Provide leadership to the Assist and support team which includes Future retail and Assisted Shopping, Customer Care and Support, Car Service and Fulfillment, and Fleet Management.

Lead a team of Engineering Directors in the different clusters to provide a delightful customer experience for both internal and external clients. 
Ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers in a quick and accurate manner by implementing streamlined execution and Implementation.    
Promote and advance modern, agile software development practices, and contribute to the development of good engineering and organizational practices.    
Ensure that our solutions are scalable, sustainable, and architecturally sound, and that technical debt is managed efficiently.    
Collaborate with other leaders across the organization as a creative member of the Commercial digital leadership team.    


Who you are:    
A skilled engineering leader who enjoys guiding, developing, inspiring, and growing an engineering organization.    
You have previously worked on a digital transformation project or scaled an organization  
Possesses a deep understanding of how to translate product and business goals into sound technical solutions and can mentor the organization in this.    
Very knowledgeable and interested in modern software development that builds products that customers appreciate.    

Someone who fully embraces a growth mindset and can encourage others to do the same.    
An engaging person who can adapt their leadership style and interactions to meet the specific needs of people and situations.
