Take lead in managing our SAP solution 
Keen on joining a global, multi-disciplinary organisation driving the development of our SAP ERP solution and ensuring high availability to the business? Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient, environmentally friendly, and technologically advanced power cables, for land and offshore applications worldwide. 
Manage, develop and coordinate 
In this advanced and innovative production process in the cable industry, IT is a central element in driving improvements in quality, productivity and production processes. Reporting to the Director Infrastructure & Service Delivery and functionally to the Director BPO & Application Management you will act as the primary go-to person for all projects affecting processes covered by the ERP. 
As the ERP Manager you will manage the ERP service delivery spanning all ITIL processes, namely the incident management, change as well as service request management in close cooperation with external AMS partner and Group IT competencies and resources.
Further you will ensure both high availability of the ERP system to the business as well as fast incident resolution for all upcoming incidents in ERP. Coordination and planning of system changes driven and triggered by business projects is also a part of the scope. 
Your primary tasks will be: 
* Evaluate and understand business requirements, assist in drafting solution proposals on a non-technical level
* Align with the business stakeholders on their needs/projects and orchestrate the ERP roadmap depending on priorities set by the business
* Manage external AMS providers to perform on incident resolution and change requests (functional/technical specifications, coding, testing, deployment)
* Manage the key-user community (SAP power users)
* Ownership of NPK (SAP ERP ECC 6.0 in Karlskrona)
* Coordinate several projects simultaneously 
Organizing and conducting training (e-Learning) and managing and provisioning of ERP related training materials

You will work closely with several internal business functions supporting the overall ERP landscape, our AMS provider and of course the global SAP team of NKT Group IT. 

Analytical and communicative SAP expert
To have success in this role you have a reliable and self-motivated personality who thrives working both independently with little supervision as well as in a team. You have strong organizational skills, are able to multi-task and performs your work in a structured manner with clear time lines as well as deadlines. 
You have a strong ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations. Proficient communication skills and the ability to present complex topics and your recommendations to others with an emphasis on being solution orientated is key to succeed in this role.
We believe you have at least 10 years of SAP management experience in the manufacturing industry and have at least one full lifecycle SAP ECC 6.0 implementation experience.
In addition to the above you have a sound understanding of key integration points between SAP modules PS / SD / IM/WM / PP / FI / CO. You possess a broad understanding on how an SAP ECC 6.0 ERP solution is used in an Engineer to Order/Manufacturing industry – spanning all core modules PS / SD / IM/WM / PP / FI / CO. You are experienced in organizing the entire ERP service delivery for all business processes and functional areas, using SAP SolMan platform for incident management, change request management and test management, excluding only the responsibility for the SAP hosting and the SAP basis services (as those are fully outsourced).
Additionally, your CV comprises: 
* B.S.c in IT, Computer Engineering or similar
* Proven SAP configuration experience
* SAP ECC 6.0 technology stack including supporting ecosystem such as Solution Manager, SAP PI, SAP BW
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
