Senior ETL engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Engineer to take a lead role in our customers data management and analysis efforts in Gothenburg, Sweden. This position is instrumental in ensuring the quality and efficiency of components and installations in our automotive projects.

In this role, your success hinges on your ability to collaborate, adapt, and effectively manage tasks and projects within the automotive domain. Your structured approach and experience working in project teams will be key assets in achieving these objectives. The position involves active participation in cross-functional project teams. Experience working collaboratively with diverse technical backgrounds is essential. Effective English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction within the international context of the position.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Leading a team of diverse professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Play a vital role in new development projects related to electrical installations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Oversee the integration of CAD data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency.

Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to identify data needs and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain detailed documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master´s degree preferred).
• Several years of proven experience in ETL leadership roles within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in relevant ETL tools and programming languages.
• Proficiency in CAD data management and integration.
• Experience with KOLA software is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
