Summary
As the Senior Experiential Marketing Manager at Epidemic Sound, you will play a pivotal role for communicating our brand identity and key value propositions towards crucial b2b/c audiences on a global scale. You will work closely with the music leadership, enterprise sales and marketing teams to align efforts to measure and improve performance.


Responsibilities
Design, lead and execute brand experience strategy to support events for b2b, artist, consumer and internal audiences
Build economies of scale for sales engagements, industry events and tentpole moments throughout calendar year
Align content shared at events, themes to be on brand and tied back to larger marketing strategic tenants
Build and maintain branded event toolkit
Execute on event partnership deliverables that the integrated marketing team invest in
Contract and manage local vendors and third parties (i.e. agency) for event strategy oversight and fulfillment
Manage event budget and accounting for third parties while striving to remain efficient as we strive for profitability
Develop and implement measurement protocols to track the impact of all events
Keep abreast of trends in event space, continuously bring compelling ideas to spark interest in Epidemic Sound
Sit on events committee with Finance and Communications
Consultant for all in person or virtual activations for Epidemic Sound and prioritize requests and execute upon those that deliver the most impact
Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders



Requirements
Preferred 6+ years of event marketing experience
Experience developing event and experiential marketing programs from concept to execution
Experience working with or managing experiential or production agencies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills needed for drafting briefs, internal presentations, and emails
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams, disciplines, and time zones
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies as needed to respond to market changes.
Ability to travel for up to 30% of time and be on site to execute programs across key markets
