Your main responsibilities as Senior Expert employer branding, recruitment and employee engagement
The process manager for My Opinion is to responsibly drive and manage the Group-wide process of Vattenfall’s employee survey to gather employees’ feedback and insight on working at Vattenfall and support managers in the follow-up process. This comprises:
• Set up the overall survey process
• Develop the annual survey approach and questionnaire
• Prepare decisions with involved parties and key experts - liaising with internal stakeholders
• Support Procurement in defining the scope of the external survey provider
• Coordinate overall project development – heading a core team of contacts from the different areas of the business
• Support Industrial Relations with Works councils dialogue
• Develop communication campaign with support of SF Communications
• Ensure manager support and coordinate overall follow up-process of results
• Analyze and present results of survey to key-stakeholders
• Coordinate business planning process for the HR KPI
• Ensure budget follow-up


Responsibilities Employer Branding:
We need to ensure that Vattenfall is an attractive employer for the actual and potential employees – for our main target groups at least. The process manager Employer Branding is responsible to drive and manage the Group wide, strategic and long term approach of Vattenfall’s Employer Brand. This comprises:
• Drive and update the EB strategy in line with the Employee Value Proposition and make sure that the EB strategy is placed in the overarching strategies
• Coordinate and drive the EB activities based on the strategy – with the group-wide, long term focus
• Align EB with corporate brand and brand activities
• Make sure that the local, organization or target group specific EB activities are in line with the group-wide strategy
• Support, coordinate and drive internal employee engagement activities and communicate them internally
• close alignment with internal stakeholders
• set targets and monitor EB success
• Ensure budget follow-up


Your qualifications as Senior Expert employer branding, recruitment and employee engagement
• Project management skills including project planning, project controlling, leading teams and managing expectations
• Relevant academic degree
• You have strong communication skills and good relationship management, ability to interact with different levels in the organization
• You are a strong team player
• Proactive, solution oriented and able to create credibility and engagement
• Ability to work in large and complex organizations and to handle internal and external interfaces effectively
• Open attitude towards change
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Like working in an international team
• Fluent in English both oral and writing, knowledge in local language is a merit

Location: Flexible, Stockholm, Amsterdam or Berlin
