Looking for a Senior Expert in Leadership Development for our client’s team at a global company in the automotive industry, focusing on shaping and driving leadership excellence. You will play a key role in developing and implementing leadership strategies, ensuring our leaders embody our corporate culture and principles.

What you will do:
• Provide consultation on strategic leadership topics within the organization.
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of leadership development programs.
• Identify leadership skill gaps and devise solutions.
• Collaborate globally to implement leadership strategies effectively across regions.
• Contribute to the recruitment and development of senior managers and leaders.
• Foster the growth of senior leadership teams (Management teams EMT minus 1 and 2).
• Engage leaders in large-scale events, promoting our leadership ethos.
• Offer guidance and support to senior leaders.
• Design and implement innovative leadership programs.
• Lead and mentor teams in leadership development.
• Coach and guide current and potential leaders.
• Advise senior managers on organizational needs and solutions.

• Digitally proficient, especially in online learning development.
• Strategic thinker with a broad business understanding.
• Experienced in working with senior leaders.

• Degree in social sciences, psychology, or equivalent experience. Managerial experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Your experience level & skills:
• 6-10 years in a relevant field.
• High competency in leadership development.
• Ability to lead sub-areas and small teams.
• Capable of working independently.
