Arbetsuppgifter
The Decision Support & Analysis team provides finance business partnering support to Science Unit functions. The Senior Finance Analyst position provides Finance Business Partnering support to a number of critical early stage Clinical Project Teams who are responsible for executing phase 1 and phase 2 development programmes & preparing robust plans to support future investment decisions.
You will provide quality financial and business input to individual investment decisions, challenge key forecasting assumptions and deliver expert financial analysis of performance, key risks and sensitivities to enable teams to make effective business decisions. You´re main tasks will be:
- support key business & investment decisions
- manage customer requirements, analysing issues, developing options and enabling decision
- working proactively with the business
- negotiating and communicating effectively across teams and business units and with external parties
- drive financial performance and business activity
- deliver and communicate performance and business planning reports
- forecasts
- challenge and influence the key cost drivers
- developing reliable operational and financial forecasts
- leading the financial planning cycle in area of accountability
- setting performance targets and incentives
- highlighting sensitivities & risks and delivering timely, accurate and granular reporting
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have minimum 5 years experience from finance function, preferably from a large international company, experience from final accounts, forecast, budget and from supporting project management. Prefferably you have experience of clinical and pharmaceutical drug development as well as good written and verbal communication skills, collaboration and interpersonal skills. additionally you have proven excellent ability to build and maintain cross functional working relationships.
