Senior Finance Assistant to a Global Healthcare company Areas of Responsibility Based in the Stockholm office, you will assist with all accounting for Scandinavia.You will be responsible for the accurate recording of all financial transactions for the local office and that payment liabilities are appropriate and have been properly authorised in accordance with the relevant company procedure. You will also work with *Accounts Payable *Accounts Receivable *Expenses *Other finance related work such as car administration, analyzing expenses, filing, assisting in forecasts and correspondence with audit firm. Qualifications Degree in accountancy or the equivalent is required, preferred with specialised training in word processing, computerised data bases, spreadsheets, etc.You have 2-3 years of book keeping and preferably accompanied with attendance on a basic book keeping courses.It is a big advantage to have worked in an international or Nordic environment. You also have good languages skills with fluency in Swedish and English.As a person you are accurate with a good attention to details, have good communication skills and are able to communicate with non-finance staff.
