Senior Financial Analyst for our client in Gothenburg!

In this exciting assignment you will perform financial analyses and assessments of suppliers to assess their financial stability and identify potential risks in the procurement process. You will also collaborate closely with buyers to proactively detect and address any warning signs of financial distress among suppliers, as well as mitigate potential risks for disruptions in production caused by suppliers' financial difficulties.

You will also be working on the following tasks:

- Establish and maintain relationships with these suppliers to promote transparency and cooperation in addressing financial risks and finding solutions.
- Collaborate with sourcing and legal teams to include measures that mitigate financial risks in contractual agreements with suppliers.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers in financial distress to ensure business continuity and limit the company's exposure to risk.
- Communicate and validate financial information with both buyers and suppliers.
- Make sure the client gets regular and prompt updates in their Financial Scorecard systems with assistance from the Purchasing Support Centre located in another country to achieve this.
- Take part in and lead projects within the team, such as those focused on improving processes and knowledge management, implementing digital tools, conducting targeted research on risky areas, and providing negotiation training and tools.

Requirements

We would like you to fulfill the following requirements:

- You should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
