Senior Financial Analyst - Technology

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Senior Financial Analyst to support our Technology platform and become a business partner to our awarded and worldwide forefront R&D and IT team in Malmo. The role will report to the Senior Group Finance Manager (based at our HQ in Geneva) and be a critical part of our Group organization in our industry leading Innovation center in Malmö.
This position offers an opportunity to impact on Verisure’s ambitious Technology developments and innovation programmes. The successful candidate will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows.
The Senior Financial Analyst- Technology will be a part of the Group Finance Technology team (9 people based in Geneva, Switzerland; Malmo, Sweden; and Madrid, Spain).

In this fast-growth and transformational context, Verisure is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst Technology who will provide Financial Leadership and Business Partnering to the Group Technology
Organization (IT and R&D). The incumbent will be instrumental in leveraging and impacting on our global tech environment and population by building a holistic view and driving a strong customer services culture. Amongst other things, the successful candidate help defining product pipeline roadmaps, improve reporting and enhance cost models that have a direct impact on the business. Main responsibilities of this position:
 Commercial Finance/Business Partnering:
o Business Partnering to the Technology Organization in North (R&D and IT). Provide financial leadership, reporting, and data driven analysis to Total Group R&D planning & strategy.
 Financial Planning & Controlling:
o Financial planning/budget process
o Technology Controlling: Lead the month end review process with IT Operations/Development, and
R&D budget owners (actuals vs budget).
o Stewardship: Provide support and guidance on internal and external policies to business partners.
o Process Optimization
o Reporting
o Business leadership
 Analysis/Projects:
o Own & drive relevant financial analysis/projects within the Group Technology areas.
o Drive simplification projects and process standardization between North and South platforms
 Developing the organization


Candidate profile
Experiences and Qualifications
We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to have a real impact on the business and the organization.
 3-5 years of finance experience in an international context/ distributed environment (ideally involved
with Technology) in a generalist or specialist capacity – ideally with a focus on Financial Planning and Analysis
 Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
 Successful track record having worked, led and performed in multicultural and matrix environments in contexts of high growth, change and transformation.
 With agility, outstanding analytical skills and business judgment this person will have the ability to pick up concepts quickly, dive deep into issues and effectively collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced distributed environment.
 Excellent command of English. Swedish or other European languages a plus
