Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior FMEA Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Drive and facilitate Design FMEA (D-FMEA) activities to ensure robustness and reliability in the development process.
Collaborate closely with multiple design teams across various locations, challenging and supporting them in design decisions to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Apply a range of robustness tools and methodologies to strengthen design processes, ensuring that the product meets stringent requirements.
Report directly to the main project manager and work closely with the technical lead, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the project.
Lead discussions and workshops, providing insights and guidance on best practices in design and product development.
What you bring:
Extensive experience in design engineering, with a strong focus on D-FMEA and robustness tools.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence design decisions across different disciplines and regions.
Experience in both mechanics and electronics/software development is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving and risk assessment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
High level of independence, combined with a collaborative and supportive mindset.
Long-term commitment to the project, with the capacity to drive significant contributions throughout the development cycle.
