Senior FP&A Analyst
This position is an integral part of Stanley Security and will report to the Finance Director in Nordic. Responsible for the overall financial planning and analysis (FPA) for Sweden. Key part of the Swedish finance organization, leading the coordination and execution of business planning, forecasting and other financial and non-financial requirements across the region. The position is expected to provide financial acumen and in-depth analysis to support long-term and short-term objectives and maximize overall business profitability. Working closely with senior management to provide proactive guidance and deliver recommendations to drive critical decisions. Help develop and execute strategic plan priorities identified by the business and support the advancement of organic growth objectives & operating margin expansion initiatives.

Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full FP&A process and deliverables including monthly and quarterly financial forecasting, budgeting and financial and non-financial reporting. 
• Drive continuous improvement, actively engage in development and implementations of processes and systems. Challenge the way of working to continuously gain efficiency, accuracy and speed. Maintain relevant KPI´s to be able to analyze historical trends and forward-looking projections. 
• You will be a business partner and lead the senior management team to understand the drivers of performance. Work in close partnership with corporate FP&A and other fanatical leaders to drive best practice. 
• You have no problems to work with Risk analysis and working proactively with financial risk assessments, mitigations strategies to minimize risk and identify offsetting opportunities  
• To perform Month end Close and ensure all financial reporting are accurate and complete on time.

Who you are?

• Experience with working in an international environment and managed weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting submissions.
• In this positions is it important to have excellent finance acumen and analytical skills together with an strategic vision
• Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting, Finance or business administration
• 5-7 years of experience in a senior business finance position
• Ideally have been working in a Matrix environment and/or multinational organization. 
• It is also preferred that you are willing to drive business performance through various programs and projects
• Fluent in English and Swedish
